Kit List for Canoe Trips

For Canoeing:

• Any canoeing kit you have
• Thermals
• Swimming costume/ Swim shorts
• Fleece top or any to made of wool or man made fibres (not cotton)
• Trousers in case there are no spare club wet suits
• Waterproof cag and water proof trousers
• Old shoes (to keep feet warm wear woolly socks too!)
• Towel

Other clothing:

• Warm clothes for after paddling (don't go mad, we have limited minibus space!!!)
• Clean underwear or none at all
• Hat and gloves
• Sleep wear

Essential items:

• SLEEPING BAG
• Medication you are taking at the moment
• Toiletries e.g.. deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, soap, shampoo, shaving equipment.
• Tea towel (yes, I'm afraid we all have to help with washing up)
• Beer (other alcoholic beverages are also acceptable!)
